The State of Coahuila Radio System operates 16 radio frequencies in FM (Frequency Modulation) concession by the Secretariat of Communications and Transportation to the State Government of Coahuila de Zaragoza on November 29, 2000.
It began operations on March 26, 2001 with the first transmissions XHSOC 89.7 FM frequency in Saltillo, and satellite links to 15 other frequencies located in different municipalities of the state.
In the State System of Radio broadcast 24 hours, 365 days a year, with a variety of informational, cultural, musical and recreational programs. To date XHSOC 89.7 FM have 26 live programs and three recorded programs.
