Spectrum 23.9 is the first online radio station created by Radio for a Cause, and launched September of 2018! Radio for a Cause , a non-for-profit, was created in early 2016 by John Graham who wanted to make a positive impact in the community of Fort Wayne. Graham is a 2011 recipient of the Autism Society of Indiana’s Self Advocacy award.
