Radio Pionera was founded on May 17, 1989, by the owner, Mr. Felipe Montano Pereira, with the assistance of authorities from the Municipal Government of Punata, where the Honorable Mayor Salvador Cabero was also present, where the celebration took place in its first management and thus supporting the culture and development of the city of Punata.
