Radio Tele Odivin, designated by its acronym RTO, is a public television and radio station broadcasting nationally and internationally. Founded on May 8, 2021, and based in Gonaïves, Haiti, it is one of the most listened-to stations in the country. It is also the sound of both yesterday’s and today’s generation.
