Palanga Street Radio is an independent community radio station from Vilnius, Lithuania. The radiowas founded in 2017 in a flat on Palanga Street. PSR has grown from a DIY radio project, and it still drives its creative energy and community engagement all day. Run by a passionate volunteer team, the station promotes a safe and inclusive space for free cultural expression—both locally and online.
