Radio Serranía is a public radio station from the municipality of Talayuelas, in the province of Cáceres, Spain. It broadcasts a variety of programs, mainly in Spanish, covering topics such as community, entertainment, news, sports, health, internet and music. As a public station, it has played an integral role in connecting the diverse communities. The mission of Serranía is to serve as a platform for communication, information and education for the citizens of Talayuelas and the surrounding areas. Radio Serranía started in 2004 as a project of the local government of Talayuelas, with the aim of providing a voice to the people of the region and promoting their culture and identity.
