The BCA was set up by order No. 4 of 1991 declared by the then military Administration of Group Captain Frank Ajobene following making of Abia in 1991, from its underlying area at 70 Aba street Umuahia as its settle. Since commencement, the partnership procured a land parcel along the public authority station design as its lasting area in 1998 is by and by lodging the corporate Headquarters of the station with trademark The Station Born To Lead.
