Radio Homer is focused on content from culture and social topics in general, and their listeners are from all generations, different social and educational profiles. Radio Homer is the fruit of close cooperation between the Library for the Blind of Montenegro and the Cultural Center „Homer” from Podgorica and for now is the first and only electronic media in Montenegro, dedicated to people with disabilities.
