The dictatorship ruled the country. Many radio stations were being closed by the military government, which only allowed stations that did not propagate any political ideology to remain on the air. In the midst of all this censorship, Radio Comercio appears. So on April 16, 1969, AM ZYJ 480, this radio, went on the air. With more musical programming and weakened journalism because of the dictatorship, Radio Comercio 1450 began to work in the sense of always seeking freedom of expression.
