WSOE 89.3 FM is a student-run free-form radio station by Elon University’s students, serving the Elon-Burlington area. We promote local music by bringing in artists to perform live on-air and play North Carolina artists to show off the musical talent our state has to offer. At WSOE, we give the Elon-Burlington area a wide arrangement of music to tune in to, as well as passionate talk shows, local news, and in-depth sports coverage. Elon students and faculty put together shows as well to demonstrate their creativity and passion for music that you wouldn’t necessarily find on other stations.
