Don Nibaldo Mosciatti Moena, in 1959 founded “Radio El Carbon de Lota” and on April 24, 1966 created “Radio Bio Bio de Concepcion” whose radial station would spread throughout the country over the years. In the year 1981 Don Nibaldo also created “Radio Gabriela 98.1 FM Stereo” in the same city of Concepcion, which ceased to air in September of the year 1998, and that is why today we pay homage in this web. In addition to the aforementioned radios, Don Nibaldo also founded other media, such as Radio Punto 7, in 1990, and Channel 9 regional television in the year 1991 (first private regional channel of the country)
