Radio 23 is the new radio broadcast from Milan Lambrate, created and managed by a group of friends as a non-profit project.
R23 is the voice of the district, to announce initiatives and events that take place in our area, and give space to artists Creative Commons and Copyleft which normally are not found in other radios.
