Radio Sala is run by a nonprofit organization with a business without the need for profit or return on invested capital. The goal is simple: entertainment and local information to as many listeners as possible in the Sala Municipality vicinity.
Radio Sala broadcast in stereo on FM 97.0 MHz and has a transmitter of 250 W with the antenna located 50 m above ground at the Sala Heby Energi’s power plants. Radio Sala do try broadcasting with the so-called radio “streamed” via the internet, so Radio Sala can be heard all over the world in a computer or cell phone.
