Licensed to Fairbanks, Alaska, USA, (though most of their legal IDs continue to refer to College, Alaska, which their previous frequency was licensed to), the station serves the Alaska Interior area. The station is currently owned by the University of Alaska Board of Regents, on behalf of the University of Alaska, Fairbanks.
